Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, is hiring additional RBTs for its growing in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy practice in Kill Devil Hill, NC! Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, provides both in-home and clinic-based speech language pathology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and ABA Therapy services throughout the Carolinas, including in Greenville, South Carolina. BCBAs employed by Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, may provide services in homes and/or within one of our clinical office locations. About the Role Provide clinic-based ABA therapy services. Collaborate with BCBAs to implement treatment plans. Document client progress and maintain accurate records. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of RBT training program. Required Skills Ability to work with children and families. Patience and empathy. Preferred Skills Experience in ABA therapy. Knowledge of behavior management techniques.
