• 24-hour shifts (7 am - 7 am), up to 14 days per month
• 24-hour general cardio hospital call and STEMI call required
• Consult and treat all STEMI patients
• Diagnostic and interventional procedures required
• Intra-aortic balloon pump and Impella placement required
• Cardiac diagnostics -- echo, TEE, stress, and nuclear testing
• EMR: Epic
