Job Duties:
- Handling high volume inbound calls and directing them to the appropriate departments
- Making outbound calls to clients to verify worker arrivals and satisfaction
- Building/maintaining relationships with clients
- Other general customer service/admin related tasks
Who you are:
- Has a positive/outgoing personality
- Ability to work well in fast paced environment
- Ability to multi task
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Highschool Diploma or GED
