As a Retail Team Member, you'll play an important role in creating a positive customer experience while supporting the success and growth of our store.What You'll Be DoingProvide customers with helpful information about store products and servicesAssist customers with questions and requests both in person and over the phoneWelcome and support customers with friendly and professional serviceHelp maintain stock levels and replenish merchandise as neededProcess sales transactions accurately, including payments and receipt distributionLabel merchandise and ensure pricing is displayed correctlySupport the team in achieving daily sales objectivesWhat You'll NeedHigh school diploma or GED required1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferredAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededStrong communication, customer service, and basic math skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to maintain a professional appearanceSales experience and bilingual skills are a plusWork World is the largest specialty retailer of workwear and work boots in the Western U.S. From humble beginnings in 1990, we now operate 30+ stores under the Work World, Shoeteria and Whistle Workwear brand names California, Nevada, and Washington.
