Community Relations Director (Assisted Living)

Our Assisted Living community is looking for a dynamic, compassionate, and outgoing Community Relations Director to lead our occupancy and marketing efforts. If you're a natural relationship builder who enjoys connecting with families, healthcare professionals, and the community, we'd love to meet you.

In this role, you'll be the face of our community—guiding prospective residents and their families through the decision-making process while building strong referral partnerships that drive occupancy.

What You'll Do

• Conduct tours and provide an exceptional experience for prospective residents and families

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations

• Manage inquiries, follow up with leads, and convert prospects into move-ins

• Coordinate the admissions and move-in process with internal departments

• Represent the community at networking events, health fairs, and local outreach opportunities

• Develop marketing initiatives to increase community awareness and occupancy

• Track lead activity and sales performance using CRM tools

• Collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership team to achieve occupancy goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales, admissions, marketing, or community relations experience (senior living or healthcare required)

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills

• Passion for helping seniors and their families

• Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
