Junior Product Manager / Business Analyst (Hybrid or Remote)

Our client, a global leader in specialized industrial technology, is seeking a driven Business Analyst / Junior Product Manager to join a high-impact team at the ground floor of a major digital transformation.

This is a unique opportunity for an early-career professional to help shape the vision of a next-generation technical platform. You will be instrumental in moving the organization toward a product-led mindset, ensuring that complex technical data is transformed into a seamless, user-friendly digital experience.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical requirements and user experience. You will collaborate with global product owners, engineering teams, and UI/UX designers to define product roadmaps and deliver intuitive software solutions used by professionals worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
- Backlog Management: Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria; maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
- Requirement Elicitation: Partner with stakeholders to document functional specifications and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Data & Feedback: Analyze customer feedback and usage metrics to inform strategic product decisions.
- Testing & QA: Create test cases and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet high-quality standards.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate communication between design, engineering, and sales to ensure project goals are met on schedule.

We are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of experience who are ready to transition into Product Management. We are specifically interested in candidates coming from one of two backgrounds:

Background A: Data Analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience interpreting complex datasets to provide actionable business recommendations.
- Strong understanding of KPIs and A/B testing.

Background B: UI/UX Design
- Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong grasp of user-centered design principles.
- Ability to translate user needs into wireframes and intuitive interfaces.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in an analytical or design-focused role.
- Agile: Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
