- # Import Export Admin CoordinatorApplylocations: Elgin MLtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: R9690The Import Export Admin Coordinator will support Import/Export Department to ensure timely movement of international and domestic shipments in compliance with company standards, customer standards and US Customs and Border Protection. Ideal candidate will have a strong Customer Service orientated approach as well as accuracy in this role to maintain service levels to internal customers while retaining customs and export compliance requirements.**Compliance responsibilities:*** Track and monitor shipments.* Enter and update import data to SAP.* Processing shipments/preparing shipping documents* Coordinating freight payments* Respond to inquiries from customs broker and forwarder.* Assist to help the team meet its performance objectives.* Maintaining organized records to support compliance efforts.* Processing shipments/preparing shipping documents* Coordinating freight payments* Monitor group mailbox and support as needed**Qualifications*** Minimum 1 year of experience in transportation, Logistics* Strong written, verbal, and inter-personal skills* Advanced technical/computer skills (Microsoft Office Products)* Strong work ethic with a professional, positive attitude* Ability/desire to work independently or in team environment* An innovative, goal-oriented and results driven approach**Your contact person(s) for this job posting is/are:**Jacob Stupec-HernandezFlender is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
