Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in the Greater Clarksville Area. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, including conducting property showings, hosting open houses, and guiding clients through offers, negotiations, and closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and nurturing leads, preparing and reviewing contracts and related documents, providing market analyses, and maintaining detailed transaction records. The agent will collaborate with the broker and team on marketing strategies, listing presentations, and client communication, while upholding the company’s “Service Above Standard” promise. Participation in local community and networking activities is expected to build relationships and grow a sustainable book of business. Qualifications Active Tennessee Real Estate License and a solid understanding of state real estate laws and regulations. Experience in residential Real Estate and Real Property transactions, including listing, buying, and contract processes. Strong Sales and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and manage client expectations. Ability to work on-site in the Greater Clarksville Area, with reliable transportation for local travel. Comfort with modern marketing tools and basic digital platforms (MLS, CRM systems, social media, email, and property search tools). Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines. Willingness to participate in mentorship, training, and ongoing professional development. Previous real estate experience in the Clarksville/Montgomery County market is preferred but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
