They provide regular supervision of the entire pool area and adjacent areas and complete daily cleaning tasks. They clean and maintain the pool, including completing daily water chemistry readings and applying appropriate amounts of chemicals to sustain a safe aquatics environment. They perform rescues of persons in distress or in danger of drowning when indicated and provide emergency care as needed.EducationNo specific education requirementsCertification/LicensureCertification in life saving and/or water safety from a recognized certifying organization, including but not limited to American Red Cross, Ellis and Associates, American Aquatics and Safety Training, and Star Guard (Required)ExperienceNoneTalroo - Allied Health, water safety, swimming, lifeguard, aquaticsWe provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $17.12 - $25.77 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
