At LKM Restaurant Group LLC, operating as Blue Bayou Restaurant & Oyster Bar, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences in the heart of New Orleans, LA. We’re looking for a dedicated and dynamic Front of House Manager to join our team and help us continue to create memorable moments for our guests.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least one year of experience in a fast-paced environment who thrives on multitasking, leading a team, and ensuring smooth daily operations. With flexible hours, this role offers the chance to grow and make a real impact in a supportive, team-oriented setting.
Responsibilities
As the Front of House Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our dining area. You’ll be responsible for supervising and training staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the high standards our guests have come to expect. You’ll need to stay on your toes, juggling multiple tasks, and adapting to the fast-paced nature of our restaurant. Your leadership will help create a positive and productive environment for both the team and our guests.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay organized under pressure.
A coachable mindset and willingness to learn and grow.
Proven ability to train, supervise, and motivate staff.
A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Flexibility with hours to meet the needs of the business.
