As a member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, counselors, and addiction specialists to ensure that our patients receive holistic and effective care. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients to identify mental health and substance use concerns, developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. Utilize solution-focused therapy and other therapeutic modalities to provide high-quality interventions, adapting your approach to meet the specific needs of each patient. Document patient interactions and treatment progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with all clinical guidelines and maintaining confidentiality. Engage in regular collaboration with the multidisciplinary treatment team to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families about coping strategies, treatment options, and community resources, promoting awareness and understanding of mental health issues. Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health and substance use treatment, integrating new knowledge into your clinical practice. Patient Population / Client Focus You will primarily work with individuals undergoing detoxification from substances, many of whom may also be facing concurrent mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, or trauma-related disorders. Your role will involve building trusting relationships with patients, providing them with the emotional support they need during often difficult experiences and guiding them toward recovery. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required, alongside a valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Arizona. Demonstrated knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy interventions, particularly in the context of substance use and mental health. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds. Strong problem-solving capabilities, with experience in navigating complex clinical situations effectively. Preferred Experience Previous experience working in a detox or addiction treatment setting is highly preferred. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining patient documentation and tracking treatment outcomes. Experience collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in clinical settings. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
