I implemented a variety of assessment tools including the VB-MAPP, AFLS, Vineland, Socially Savvy, and ABLLS to develop individualized treatment goals. I collaborated closely with clinical leadership to strengthen consistency in assessment development and treatment implementation across providers. Director of Training & Development BK Behavior | October 2024 – Present I began this role as a team of one and have since built and now oversee a team of 18 members. I lead the development, implementation, and oversight of all training, professional development, and clinical growth initiatives across the organization. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position , allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month . In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.
