Receptionist-- Part Time weekends required

Join the WeCare at Sycamore team as a Receptionist in our Montoursville, PA location!

As a Receptionist at WeCare at Sycamore, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, families, and the general public. In this part-time, mostly evenings and weekends role, you will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling resident transportation, and performing various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, families, and the general public with a warm and welcoming smile

• Control the switchboard/intercom system, receive and screen incoming phone calls, and assist residents with questions and referrals

• Schedule resident transportation for various clinical and community-based appointments

• Sort and distribute mail for staff and residents

• Assist various departments with typing, copying, and faxing documents as needed

• Deliver daily newspapers to residents, log in visitors and vendors, and report to Med Nurse when meds are delivered from pharmacy

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

• Previous customer service experience and basic technical skills

• Previous medical field experience preferred

• Ability to organize, plan, and manage effectively
