About The Job

At C&H Industrial, you'll help keep industrial facilities operating safely by working alongside an experienced crew operating high-pressure water blasting equipment, industrial vacuums, and other specialized equipment. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position where no two days are the same. If you enjoy staying active, working outdoors and indoors, solving challenges, and working with a team, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Be Doing:

Operate Heavy-Duty Equipment

Learn to safely operate hydroblasting equipment, industrial vacuum equipment, and other specialized industrial cleaning equipment.

Stay Active

Perform physical work by lifting, climbing, bending, walking, and working in demanding industrial environments.

Work Safely

Follow OSHA and company safety procedures while wearing required PPE.

Travel to Different Job Sites

Work in a variety of industrial facilities with occasional travel opportunities.

Work as a Team

Support your crew, communicate effectively, and help complete jobs safely and efficiently.

Maintain Equipment

Inspect equipment and report maintenance concerns to keep operations running smoothly.

Flexible Scheduling

Because we serve customers around the clock, overtime, nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel may be required.

What We're Looking For:

• Must be at least 21 years old (for insurance purposes)
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds throughout the workday.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work.
• Warehouse, construction, manufacturing, landscaping, industrial, or general labor experience preferred.
• Forklift or heavy equipment experience is a plus.
• Basic mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Ability to pass a medical screening and drug test.
• Must remain clean-shaven for respirator safety.
• Willing to travel and work flexible schedules.
