This role is responsible for stacking and securing merchandise on pallets for shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety standards. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and value precision and safety, this is a great opportunity for you!ResponsibilitiesStack and organize cases on pallets according to company standards.Secure pallets using tape, shrink wrap, or other safety measures.Inspect merchandise for damage and verify counts before palletizing.Operate manual or powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) as needed.Maintain a clean and organized work area by following all safety guidelines.Assist with general warehouse duties when required.QualificationsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.0–2 years of warehouse or palletizing experience preferred.EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required.BenefitsCompetitive pay.Health, dental, and vision insurance options.Holiday differential.Employee discount program.Opportunities for growth and advancement.Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40Time Type: Full timePay Range: The typical pay range for this role is: $16.00 - $28.84. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
