Ameristar Casino Resort Spa St. Charles is seeking a Kitchen Steward (dishwasher) who will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of kitchen cleaning experience and be comfortable working flexible hours. Responsibilities include training kitchen staff on safety, ensuring proper cleaning practices, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
