Lead Electrician – Precision Power

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Electrician to join our team. This role is responsible for leading job sites, managing crew members, and ensuring all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage electrical projects from start to finish
• Supervise and mentor apprentices and helpers
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Perform generator installations, service upgrades, and panel changes
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of electrical experience
• Proven leadership experience on job sites
• Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial wiring
• Experience with generator installations (preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
