Job Description
TITLE
NMT - PET Tech

SCHEDULE
Shift patterns: 4x10s or 5x8s (candidate preference)
Start times: Variable, typically between 07:00-09:00
Call: Evenings and rotating weekends; on-call window typically 17:30-07:00

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Average volume: ~6-7 PET/CT/day; ~9 general nuclear studies/day

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year NMT experience required
- Minimum 6 months PET experience required
- Valid California license
- ARRT (N) OR NMTCB certification
- BLS certification
- Preferred: Epic charting and Siemens equipment experience

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform PET/CT studies and protocols
- Execute basic nuclear cardiology and perfusion studies
- Handle and store radioactive materials safely
- Start and maintain IVs as needed
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
- Candidates must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays
- Documentation: SSN and DOB required for compliance
- Two references covering 1 year within the last 3 years are necessary
- Must disclose any license or background issues at submission
- Free parking available
