Role Description As an Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relationships and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, proactively marketing relevant products and services to improve customers’ lives. Responsibilities Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
