Role Description The Agency Sales Representative (ASR) is a full-time, hybrid role based in Jackson Tn, with some flexibility to work from home. The ASR is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with employers, benefits decision-makers, and brokers to promote Colonial Life’s workplace insurance solutions. Daily activities include prospecting and scheduling meetings, conducting consultative sales presentations, and coordinating enrollment activities for employee benefits. The ASR partners with internal teams to support implementation, ensure high-quality service, and respond to client inquiries or issues. This role also involves ongoing market research, pipeline management, and participation in local networking events to drive growth in the assigned territory.
