Community Manager – Luxury Apartment Community

First Choice Management Group Location: Lake Charles, LA

First Choice Management Group is seeking an exceptional Community Manager to lead a stunning, high‐end luxury apartment community. This is not an entry‐level role — we are looking for a proven leader with the presence, polish, and operational excellence required to run a premier asset.

If you have 5+ years of successful property management experience , thrive in a fast‐paced environment, and know how to elevate a team to luxury‐level performance, you’ll fit right in with our culture.

About the Role

The Community Manager is responsible for the full performance of the community — financials, occupancy, resident satisfaction, team leadership, and asset presentation. You will lead with confidence, set high standards, and ensure the property operates with the sophistication expected of a luxury brand.

What You’ll Lead

Full operational oversight of a high‐end, luxury apartment community
Coaching, developing, and inspiring a high‐performing onsite team
Driving occupancy, revenue growth, and retention
Ensuring hospitality‐level service and presentation standards
Managing financial performance, budgeting, and reporting
Partnering corporate leadership on strategy
Maintaining compliance, risk management, and vendor relationships

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years as a successful Property Manager
Strong leadership presence — confident, decisive, and team‐focused
Proven ability to increase occupancy and improve performance
High emotional intelligence and polished communication skills
Experience with luxury or Class A communities strongly preferred
Ability to manage complex operations with professionalism and grace
A leader who sets the tone, raises the bar, and delivers results
