About The Role Retail Sales Representatives are professional, successful, and career-oriented. They demonstrate excellent organization and time management skills, communicate effectively and tactfully, listen actively, and solve problems creatively. They can work well both independently and as part of a team, with high enthusiasm and integrity. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintain professional interactions with customers throughout the purchase process. Achieve sales goals, including home sales and profitability targets. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Identify customer needs and assist in home selection realistically. Gather credit information and collaborate with management to secure financing. Collect customer's down payment before ordering the home. Close sales contracts with customers. Manage and complete customer orders. Use follow-up systems to track activity and results. Follow up on sales leads from various sources, including advertising, phone, and website. Identify local marketing opportunities for new business growth. Proactively follow up with prospective customers. Availability: Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Minimum Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in sales or business. High School Diploma required; Bachelors Degree preferred. Management experience is a plus. Bilingual skills are a bonus. We Offer Salary plus aggressive commission package.
