Powder Coater / General Laborer

Job Description Job Description The Powder Coater will be responsible for preparing and coating a variety of products including automotive parts, metal furniture, industrial equipment, and consumer goods. This role involves operating manual powder coating system as a conveyor line delivers the prepared parts, or on indivual units staged with forklifts. No previous experince is required. All training is all paid, in house.
Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for coating to ensure proper application
Apply powder coating using manual systems
Perform maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed
Stay consistent with training to reach correct powder requiremnts

Preferred Qualifications
No prior experience required
Strong attention to detail
Effective time management skills
Ability to collaborate well within a team
