About the Role: Community-Focused & Results-Driven The Brand Ambassador is a jack-of-all-trades community and marketing role. You'll be the human face of Sacred Society out in the world at events, on the street, in conversations, and on camera. You'll work directly with the Marketing Lead and Director of Operations to bring people into our community, support our marketing monetization plan, and help Sacred Society show up everywhere it should be. This is not a traditional 9-to-5. Events happen on weekends. Opportunities come up unexpectedly. The right person thrives on variety, moves with energy, and genuinely loves people. What You'll Do Events & Community Presence Represent Sacred Society at external events — wellness expos, farmers markets, festivals, neighborhood pop-ups, and more. Work with the Director of Operations and Marketing Lead to identify and vet event opportunities across Denver. Set up and man the Sacred Society booth, engage attendees, and convert interest into bookings and memberships. Represent the brand at Sacred Society's own events, ceremonies, and special gatherings. Build relationships with local businesses, studios, gyms, cafes, and complementary brands for cross-promotion and community partnerships. Responsible for planning and executing a minimum of one community marketing or tabling event per month. This includes identifying partnership opportunities, securing event locations, coordinating logistics, and managing event execution from start to finish. Collaborates with 1–2 team members as needed based on event size, scope, and location to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and community relationships. Grassroots & Guerrilla Marketing Execute grassroots marketing initiatives in Denver neighborhoods — flyering, street-level activations, pop-up moments, and word-of-mouth campaigns. Take the lead from concept and execute community marketing strategies that bring new audiences into Sacred Society's orbit. Grow the Sacred Society email and community list through in‑person touchpoints and events. Content & Social Media Capture content at events and in the studio — primarily short‑form video for TikTok and Instagram. Appear on camera as a brand presence, comfortable and natural in front of the lens. Work with the Marketing Lead on social content strategy and asset delivery. Studio & Community Attend Sacred Society classes regularly weekly and build genuine relationships with practitioners and community members. Embody the Sacred Society brand in your presence, energy, and values — both inside and outside the studio. Support and drive membership sign‑ups, retail sales, and event ticket sales as part of the studio's marketing monetization plan. Who You Are Warm, bubbly, and genuinely energized by meeting and connecting with new people. A natural conversationalist who can represent a brand authentically without feeling salesy. Comfortable on camera — TikTok, Instagram Reels, and candid event content feel natural to you. Organized enough to execute independently, collaborative enough to work within a small team. Flexible and adaptable — you don't mind that your schedule looks different from most people's. Based in Denver and embedded in (or eager to be part of) the local wellness and creative community. Qualifications Based in Denver, CO — this role is in-person and community-facing. Experience in sales, marketing, events, hospitality, or community building is a plus. Comfortable working non‑traditional hours including evenings and weekends. Strong communication skills — in person, on camera, and in writing. Genuine interest in wellness, mindfulness, or community-centered spaces.
