Hiring 4 MIG Welders with experience on 18 gage (sheet metal, aluminum) to fabricate custom and standard products like roof curbs and drop boxes from blueprints, ensuring high quality through visual inspections.

• New welding grads encouraged to apply

PAY RATE: 19.50 hour
HOURS: Mondays -Thursdays 6:00am to 4:30pm / Fridays 6:00am to 12:00pm (with occasional to 4:30pm)
LOCATION: Weatherford, TX 76086

• Requirement - MIG Welding experience on 18gage
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, proficiency with welding machines and their maintenance, adherence to safe welding practices, and the physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• This self-starting team member must work efficiently, communicate product issues to management, and collaborate with engineers and fabricators to streamline production.

Skills Needed for this role:

• Has hands-on MIG experience on 18-20 gauge
• Has welded sheet metal , not just structural steel
• Has worked with galvanized material
• Can pass a thin-metal weld test quickly
• Understands heat management over penetration

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of MIG Welding experience
• Welding Certification
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Able to pass a drug screen
