As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter incidents, and support access control and alarm response. You will provide professional customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and document security-related activity using technology. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

DayTime Fri 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM Sat 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a food and beverage production environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verifying credentials and documenting entries, exits, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
• Prepare accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
