Swiss/ Turning Machine Operator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$18.00 to $20.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 06:20am to 04:50pm )

You will work in a fast-paced production environment requiring accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards
Operate and monitor Swiss-style turning machines to produce precision components according to specifications
Inspect parts using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, pin gages, and thread gages
Read and interpret basic blueprints and work instructions
Perform and adjust basic machine offsets to maintain quality and performance
Deburr small precision parts as needed to meet quality standards

Swiss/ Turning Machine Operator Qualifications:

Ability to stand for extended periods of 8-10 hours throughout the shift
Frequent use of hands for handling small precision parts and tools
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
Experience as a Machine Operator of at least 1 year, preferably with turning or Swiss-style machinery
Ability to perform precise measurements and read basic blueprints is required

Applicant may be subject to a background check
