Schedule

Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Overtime available as needed

Production Welder Responsibilities

As a Production Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling high-quality components while maintaining production and quality standards.

Daily Duties Include:

• Perform MIG welding on mild steel and occasional stainless steel components
• Prepare materials through layout, fitting, tacking, grinding, sanding, and finishing
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Inspect welds and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate and maintain welding equipment and consumables
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve production goals and deadlines
• Assist with fabrication and assembly processes as needed

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on MIG welding experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience working in manufacturing, fabrication, mechanical, or welding environments
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production setting
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAW, TIG, or Oxy-Acetylene welding
• Background in autobody repair, metal fabrication, mechanical trades, or industrial manufacturing
• Experience operating overhead cranes, rolling equipment, or working with large steel components
• Familiarity with welding automation systems
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
