We are looking for a highly motivated, hunter Sales Executive for a commercial signage company, who is looking for their first dedicated Business Development Representative. This position will work directly alongside the owners, step into an established inbound lead stream, and support their next phase of growth.

This role is fast-paced and high-volume (average deal size of $5,000; 30–60 day sales cycle). You will spend 70% of your time hunting for new accounts and 30% expanding business with existing clients .

About The Opportunity:

• Compensation - $45,000 – $55,000 annual base salary
• Uncapped Tiered Commission: High payout percentages on new client acquisition, offering realistic - On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $85,000 – $115,000+
• Location: Buford, GA (100% In-Office & Local Site Visits)

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive Revenue: Achieve an annual sales quota of $750,000 to $1,000,000 through active B2B prospecting, local networking, and closing inbound inquiries.
• On-Site Client Assessments: Travel locally across the greater metro area to meet clients, assess sites, measure project dimensions, and capture exact specifications.
• High Responsiveness: Win deals by out-servicing the competition. You must be open to answering client inquiries and emails outside standard business hours when urgent projects arise.
• End-to-End Account Ownership: Manage sales from initial contact through estimate, production handoff, and payment collection within 30–60 days.
• Collaborative Mindset: Work closely with their production and design team in Buford to ensure jobs are delivered accurately and on time.

Required Experience:

• Sales Experience - 5 to 10 years of successful B2B, outbound sales experience
• Industry Background -  Direct experience selling custom commercial signage or commercial print is required
• Industry Knowledge - Knowledge of commercial signage materials, fabrication basics, and site needs
• Sales Experience - Self-motivated hunter comfortable making high-volume outreach, working directly with company founders, and providing white-glove customer service
• Sales Expectations & Tenure -  Track record of meeting or exceeding targets and a history of job stability/strong tenure
