Busser/Dishwasher

Rosetta currently has an opening for Full Time/Part Time Busser/Dishwasher to Join our team. Skills necessary to be successful: Clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment using commercial dishwashing machines or by hand Sanitize all items according to health and safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and kitchen areas Empty trash, sweep/mop floors, and follow closing cleaning procedures Refill soap and sanitizing agents as needed Assist the kitchen team with basic prep or restocking when needed Clear and clean tables promptly to ensure a clean and tidy dining area Wipe down surfaces, chairs, and restock napkins and condiments Support front-of-house staff by resetting tables and organizing seating areas Help maintain the cleanliness of customer areas, including bathrooms and floor space Assist with other tasks as needed to support a smooth and efficient shift Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods Dependable, punctual, and willing to take initiative Must be willing to adhere to Rosetta Bakery Uniform & Food policy Schedule: We currently have openings for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions in both morning and afternoon shifts including weekends. Providing a competitive compensation base pay rate of $14 per hour, plus very generous tips from our #rosettalovers Weekly pay via direct deposit Accrual of 40 hours of paid time off upon completion of 1 year, you begin to accrue time on 1 week, can use accrued time upon completion of 180 days of employment with 2-week notice provided.
