RN - Case Manager
Travel opportunity for an RN specializing in Case Management. Candidates will manage a patient load alongside a team of Case Managers and Social Workers. The unit primarily consists of a 20-bed capacity. Typical patient ratios are 1 RN to 20 patients and 1 Social Worker to 40 patients during day shifts. Technological resources include mobile devices and an electronic medical record system. Essential skills required include current acute care Case Management experience. Candidates with Emergency Department experience, Palliative Care knowledge, and goals of care conversations are preferred. Responsibilities will involve conducting suicide risk assessments, substance use assessments, and discharge planning. The ideal candidate will be professional, dedicated, friendly, and possess strong communication skills. Adaptability to different unit environments is also essential. This position offers opportunities in a competitive market with experienced staff and flexible scheduling options.
