Digital Sales Performance Manager

Walser Automotive Group

Walser Automotive Group is seeking a Digital Sales Performance Manager for Burnsville Mazda. In this role, you will own and optimize digital sales performance, focusing on online lead generation, CRM utilization, and conversion across the sales funnel. You’ll analyze website and lead metrics, refine digital sales processes, and coach sales and BDC teams to deliver fast, consistent, customer‑first responses. Partnering closely with marketing and store leadership, you will improve lead quality, reporting, and ROI while supporting Walser’s transparent, one-price sales model and culture of integrity and teamwork.
