This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of the aerospace industry with a company that offers a fantastic work environment and a consistent Monday–Friday schedule. No experience required – we will train the right people! This position involves working with lightweight, thin sheet metal components used in aerospace manufacturing. The work primarily consists of light sanding, deburring, and smoothing metal parts to ensure they meet high-quality standards. This is NOT a heavy industrial position! There is minimal lifting involved, and the work is not physically strenuous. We are looking for individuals who are patient, dependable, and have excellent attention to detail.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform light sanding and deburring on thin sheet metal aerospace components.Smooth rough edges and remove small imperfections from metal parts.Carefully handle lightweight metal components.Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency.Use basic sanding materials and hand tools.Ensure parts meet precise quality standards.Maintain a clean and organized workstation.QualificationsNo previous experience required! Strong attention to detail is a must. Good hand-eye coordination. Ability to perform detailed, repetitive work. Dependable with a great attitude and work ethic. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but absolutely not required.
