Nursing Supervisor

Overview The RN supervisor is responsible for the safety and comfort of residents and the health and safety of employees while providing supervision for the facility. Job Details Responsibilities: Administers nursing care to residents as needed/assigned Plans resident care utilizing the nursing process and individualizing the needs of each resident Initiates a teaching plan based on resident/family learning needs Performs required procedures with knowledge and skill Attends supervisory meetings as scheduled Requirements: Licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse by NY State Long Term Care experience preferred Salary Range USD $52.00 - USD $57.00 /Hr. The pay for this position ranges from $52.00 - $57.00 per hour. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
