Work Schedule: 90% FTE, Monday-Friday varying schedule. RequiredParticipates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and completes mandatory CEUs as required. RequiredWork ExperienceNo minimum experience required.Licenses & CertificationsCurrent license from the State of Illinois. An applicant for employment as a physical, occupational, or speech therapists must present acceptable evidence of licensure. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided. RequiredBasic Life Support/CPR Certification. RequiredHas certificate of clinical competence through the American Speech & Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligible to complete Clinical Fellowship year with proper supervision.
