Job Description

Aurora Nursing and Rehab in Scottdale, PA is currently seeking Day shift Registered Nurse (RN).

We are looking for a dependable and confident RN who is committed to providing high-quality care and leadership to our residents and team.

Aurora Nursing and Rehab is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on the Day shift in our 35-bed long-term care facility.

Position Details:

Fulltime
Shift: Day Shift
6A-6P
Setting: Long-Term Care (35-bed facility)
Weekend Rotation Availability Required

Qualifications:

Current RN license in good standing
Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
Ability to function as Nurse Supervisor during shift
Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Responsibilities:

Supervise nursing staff during day shift
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
