Job Description

Support project managers in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects.
Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project efficiency and quality.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving and decision-making.
Assist in reviewing project contracts and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Provide administrative support to the construction team as needed.

The Successful Applicant

Educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
Experience in project coordination within the construction industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various project elements.
Familiarity with construction processes, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
