What You’ll Do * Assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, and meals. * Monitor residents’ well-being and promptly report changes in condition. * Engage residents in activities that encourage connection and independence. * Work closely with families and team members to provide personalized, compassionate care. * Promote safety, dignity, and respect in everything you do. What We’re Looking For * A positive attitude and genuine passion for working with seniors. * Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate approach. * A dependable team player who enjoys helping others. * Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.
