  Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in thermoforming or plastic manufacturing processes.

• Strong understanding of materials used in thermoforming, including thermoplastics.

• Proficient in process optimization techniques and tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
