Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for multiple locations in Livonia and surrounding areas including Canton, Dearborn, Northville, Plymouth and Redford

Shift available: Monday - Friday after 5:00 pm

Hours: 3-6 hours per night

Pay is: $17 an hour (paid drive time between facility)

Location: Canton, Dearborn, Livonia, Northville, Plymouth and Redford

Facilities: Medical, Schools, Churches, and Offices

Position Overview

• Travel to multiple sites throughout the area to cover open shifts, call-offs, and vacations.
• Perform and oversee cleaning across multiple commercial buildings
• Train and support team members to maintain quality standards
• Conduct inspections and resolve issues quickly
• Communicate with management to keep operations running smoothly
• Assist the manager with supplies and laundry

What You Will Do

• Clean and Disinfect - Perform daily cleaning tasks such as restocking supplies, disinfecting surfaces, restroom cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting/sanitizing surfaces.
• Keep it Fresh - Maintain neat and organized closets. Follow our Maintenance Monday procedures to ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
• Support Safety - Follow all cleaning, safety, and sanitation guidelines; including ensuring facilities are secure before leaving.
• Hours in Harmony - Clock in and clock out for each work shift.
• Operational Excellence - Follow Job Cards and complete Close Down Checklists. Additional documentation may be required depending on the facility.
• Team Spirit Work independently and as part of a supportive, friendly team.

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic—experience is helpful but not required (we’ll train you!).
• Reliability and attention to detail.
• Understanding and accepting that inspections of your area will be conducted and be open to constructive feedback when there are areas that need more attention.
• Respond with urgency to any areas that need more attention as a result of an inspection.
• Ability to work on your feet and handle repetitive physical tasks.
• Report any matter that goes against company policy or would harm the company.

Requirements:

• Able to pass a background check
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid Driver's License and your own reliable transportation to drive to Ann Arbor, Plymouth, Canton and Ypsilanti
• Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
• Dependable and flexible with schedule and location
• Company shirt must be worn at all times (provided at no cost)
