Distribution Associate

Our client, a leading organization in logistics and distribution, is seeking a Distribution Associate to join their team. As a Distribution Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Distribution Associate Location: Cambridge, OH Pay Range: $17 Shift: 2pm-10pm What's the Job? Operate powered industrial equipment to pick, pack, and load finished goods accurately and efficiently. Use RF guns to accurately pick orders and ensure proper product selection. Transport finished products into trailers using powered industrial equipment. Maintain daily housekeeping responsibilities to ensure a safe and organized work environment. Support team members and communicate effectively to meet high-demand operational goals. What's Needed? No prior experience required; training will be provided. Ability to perform functions on a computer and operate industrial equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Effective communication skills and a cooperative team attitude.
