The day to day

• Provide administrative and operational support to financial advisors and their teams.
• Coordinate client onboarding, account implementation, and ongoing account maintenance.
• Process account transactions, including money movements, distributions, trades, and asset transfers.
• Maintain accurate client and prospect records within Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Coordinate with custodians on account servicing and operational requests.
• Support client meeting preparation, scheduling, follow-up, and action items.
• Assist with client service initiatives, personalized client touchpoints, and special projects.
• Review client documentation for accuracy and completeness to ensure a high level of service.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of administrative or client service experience; financial services experience preferred.
• Undergraduate degree preferred, ideally in business, finance, economics, or accounting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Position Details

• Office in McLean
• Full-time, in-office position with the flexibility to work at home when needed.
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Non-exempt position with a flexible, collaborative work environment.
