Outpatient Physical Therapist - Ortho Sports MedicineWe are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team, specializing in Orthopedic Sports Medicine. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic care to our patients, guiding them through evaluations and treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough evaluations of patient conditions and design tailored treatment plans.Provide effective therapy interventions for orthopedic patients.Manage a patient load of 12-14 patients per day with productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.Participate in double-booking follow-up visits as necessary to accommodate patient schedules.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.ScheduleThis position is a full-time, 8-hour day shift with a commitment to 36 hours guaranteed, with the potential to work up to 40 hours each week.
