I’m currently partnering with an early-stage LegalTech company that is building an AI-powered platform to transform litigation workflows within law firms.
We are looking to hire an Account Executive (3 to 5 years B2B SaaS/LegalTech experience) to take full ownership of the sales cycle and play a key role in shaping the company’s go-to-market motion.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who thrives in early-stage environments and is comfortable building structure while actively closing complex deals.
In this role, you will:
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to close
- Build and manage pipeline across mid-market and enterprise law firms
- Engage senior stakeholders including managing partners, litigation chairs, and operations leaders
- Deliver tailored, consultative demos of an AI-driven legal platform
- Drive significant outbound prospecting and new business generation
- Contribute to the development of messaging, sales playbook, and scalable GTM processes
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or LegalTech sales
- A proven track record of independently managing full-cycle deals from prospecting to close
- Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation experience
- Experience in consultative, multi-stakeholder sales environments
- The ability to confidently demo technical or AI-based products to non-technical, skeptical audiences
Compensation:
- Base: $75K – $105K
- OTE: $150K – $210K
