Lead BCBA - Join Our Team at Clearsteps ABA Clearsteps ABA is a leading provider of licensed, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children ages 2–12 across New Jersey and Missouri. As a Lead BCBA, you will play a vital role in our mission to deliver structured, compassionate care designed to help children with autism build meaningful communication, social, and daily living skills. Our team of experienced professionals is committed to bringing therapy directly into your child's natural environment, where learning feels safe, practical, and easier to generalize into everyday life. About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead BCBA to lead our team of BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs in providing evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. As a Lead BCBA, you will be responsible for: Supervising and mentoring a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs to ensure high-quality, effective therapy services Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs Conducting assessments, data analysis, and program development to ensure measurable outcomes and progress Communicating with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination Collaborating with our team to identify and implement best practices in ABA therapy Requirements: BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent) At least 2 years of experience in ABA therapy, with a focus on autism diagnosis and treatment Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles, theories, and methods Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility and adaptability What We Offer: Competitive compensation package Opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization Collaborative and supportive work environment with a team of experienced professionals Unique chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism If you are a passionate and driven Lead BCBA looking for a rewarding career opportunity, we encourage you to apply to this role.
