Demand Generation - Marketing Specialist

Notable retail and hospitality chains are partnering with Kody to modernise their payment stack and streamline the operation.

As we continue our rapid expansion, we are looking for marketing specialists who can ensure regional marketing activity translates into qualified pipeline through executive programmes, industry conferences, digital campaigns and targeted account initiatives. This role has a significant impact across our GTM organisation.

• Own and develop the company's positioning, messaging and brand identity.
• Manage the company website and external PR partners.

• Build a B2B enterprise marketing strategy from ground up
• Create multi-channel campaigns across content, email, paid media, and events
• Own the execution of marketing programmes, including executive engagement, industry conferences, account-based marketing and digital campaigns.
• Work with Product, Sales and Account Management to align marketing focus with account-level priorities, territory plans and commercial targets.
• Support regional event activities, including on-the-day assistance at key events where needed

• Establish clear marketing KPIs and performance reporting.
• Measure campaign effectiveness and commercial impact.
• Use data and analytics to support investment and resource allocation decisions.
• At least 5 years' experience within financial services, fintech, payments, SaaS or a related sector.
• Strong experience marketing to B2B and institutional audiences.
• Experience with start-ups scale-up across regions.
• Proven track record owning field marketing programmes, including executive engagement, account-based programmes and multi-channel campaigns in a complex, relationship-driven sales environment.
• Strong understanding of how institutional clients evaluate and purchase products.
• Experience generating measurable pipeline and commercial growth through marketing.
• Superb organisation and project management skills and the capacity to manage multiple complex projects at once.
• Highly proactive, independent and comfortable being both a strategic leader and hands-on executor
