Position: Workday Developer

Location: Mclean, VA (Onsite)

Duration: 6+ Months (with possible extension)

Pay Rate: $90-$100/hr. on W2

Key Requirements

• 5–7+ years of development experience
• Strong Workday technical expertise , including:
• Workday Extend ( high priority )
• Workday Studio
• Workday Financials
• Workday Reporting
• Experience with EIP & integrations required
• Nice to Have: Workday Accounting Center
• Preferred: Workday certifications

Domain Preference:

• Financial domain experience required
• Mortgage experience preferred

Role Focus:

• Primarily Workday Financials (AR, GL, Customer Accounts)
• Heavy focus on:
• Extend (gap area)
• Studio & integrations
• Reporting involvement is minimal

Job Description:

• Senior Full Stack Developer

Client Impact:

• The Enterprise Business Technology office supports the Freddie Mac enterprise including Finance, Supply Chain, Treasury Operations, Accounts Receivable and Billing, and HR business areas by designing and implementing technical solutions for ERP applications including Workday and PeopleSoft.

Candidates’ Impact:

• This position is responsible for delivering new applications, enhancements and supporting Enterprise ERP applications -Workday.
• This role includes partnering with Freddie Mac Business Owners to plan and execute roadmaps as well as deliver technical projects that align with enterprise architecture, project methodology, and budget.

Qualifications:

• 5 plus years of software development experience in Workday
• 5 plus years of designing, building, testing, deploying and maintaining Workday with workday integration tools like Workday Studio, Workday Extend, EIB, Reporting (standard, advanced, composite, BIRT)
• 3 plus years of experience in designing, building, testing, implementing, and maintaining Workday orchestration for Integrations(O4I) is preferred.

At least 4 years of experience working with Workday Financials application:

• Experience with Accounting Center and Prism is preferred.
• Workday Certification preferred.
• Financial Industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline; or equivalent work experience.

Must Have Qualifications:
