Job Title

Registered Nurse – Radiation Oncology (Outpatient)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (5x8s, 7:00–15:30 or 7:30–16:00) | No weekends required | No on-call required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient radiation oncology clinic setting
• Administer and monitor treatments in accordance with oncology nursing standards
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately within the electronic health record
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on radiation therapy processes, side effect management, and supportive care

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina RN license or multi-state compact RN license (SC license must be active prior to start)
• Minimum 2–3 years of registered nursing experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system
• Must be able to wear and maintain a radiation monitoring badge (agency responsible for providing badge)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Oncology nursing experience, particularly in radiation oncology
• Prior outpatient clinic nursing experience
• Chemotherapy certification or equivalent oncology-related certification
