We are recruiting for the following position:Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization**Key Responsibilities:*** Greet patients, answer phones, and schedule appointments* Register patients and accurately enter demographic information* Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records* Assist patients with forms, services, and referrals to community resources* Support back-office staff to help address clinical quality measure gaps* Maintain a clean, organized front desk and patient waiting areas**Qualifications:*** High School Diploma or GED required* Previous medical or dental front office experience preferred* Bilingual English/Spanish preferred* Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills* Ability to manage a multi-line phone system and basic office equipmentFast-paced clinic environment with frequent patient interaction.**Sea Mar is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a competitive benefits package.****Starting Wage:** $21.30 per hour**Work Schedule:** Monday – FridayHourly - Hourly Plan, 21.30 USD Hourly**What We Offer:**Sea Mar offers talented and motivated people the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing community health organization.
