Vice President Clinical Operations

Role: Serve as Vice President of Clinical Operations at Ray Therapeutics, overseeing global clinical trial execution and operational strategy for gene therapy programs targeting retinal degenerations, including retinitis pigmentosa. Responsibilities develop and manage study timelines, budgets, CRO oversight, and resource allocation lead cross-functional teams (Quality, Regulatory, CMC, Finance) ensure GCP/ICH compliance guide SOP development and lead workforce planning and team development Requirements Bachelor's in a scientific discipline 15+ years in clinical operations with at least 5 in biotech proven leadership in early and late-stage clinical development, particularly in gene therapy or ophthalmology extensive CRO management and GCP knowledge strong communication skills High Value AAV gene therapy ophthalmology retinal diseases early/late-phase trials GCP/ICH standards cross-functional leadership experience in global clinical trial management Work Setup hybrid Berkeley, CA ~20% travel #J-18808-Ljbffr Ray Therapeutics, Inc.
